Meal Plan Monday 3/3/08

Ok so let's try this again. I haven't been sticking to the meal plan as much as I've wanted to. Sometimes it's because family has brought over food (which is good) or friends wanted to eat out (which is fine as long as it's in my budget - listen to me being all frugal like!). So let's try this whole meal planning thing again...

Breakfasts will be cereal, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, toast...simple stuff.Lunches will be bean soup, cooked and raw carrots, string cheese, grapefruit, PB for me, bananas, humus and anything else easy I can find.

Dinners will be...
Monday - eating at our adoption group meeting
Tuesday - 1/2 bag of frozen bay scallops, zucchini and onions, pasta shells
Wednesday - roast beef, mashed potatoes (leftovers in freezer) and cooked carrots
Thursday - Ham (freezer) and cabbage stir fry over noodles
Friday - Salmon patties (I have been trying to make these for a month now) and green beans
Saturday - 1/2 bag of frozen perch and peas
Sunday - Baked chicken, the start of next week's "rubber chicken" and a veggies of some sort.
I have all of this in the house now and shouldn't need to grocery shop at all this week.
