No bird for me, the lady changed her mind and won't call my mom back :( My mom has strict orders not to tell me about any other birds until she actually has them in her house so I can go get them.
Bummer! I was looking forward to seeing what he looked like. Oh, well, with a new baby on the way, it may have just been a blessing it worked out this way for now.
By the way, I left a comment in response to you on my blog (on the last comment you left).
I was so excited about that little bird :( I think I am going to start up a redneck savings account for one (coffee can :)) and maybe get one around Christmas 2008 for the baby. I think a toddler would be fascinated with a bird that talks back!
