Curried Hummus - yum yum!

I am hooked on this stuff with wheat crackers:
  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans chick peas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste
Just whirl it around in your food processor :)

(Conversation with a friend....curried what? Hummus. Hummus? Um I just bought potting soil with Humus in it and its cow poo..no way am I eating cow poo. sigh.... sometimes its hard living in a little town!)
